About Chef Roxie's Kitchen

Chef Roxie has been baking apple pies every Autumn since her first times cooking with her Mom in their home kitchen — a tradition that started as a family Sunday ritual and grew into a neighborhood favorite. Every pie is still made the same way: fruit peeled and sliced by hand, crust rolled cold, and nothing rushed. When the leaves turn, the ovens come on.
